Free is capped at 10 stakeholders — upgrade to add more. Every paid plan bills additional stakeholders automatically, with no cap and no upgrade required.
Available on any plan, quoted separately.
Design and document the equity scheme itself, before a single grant goes out.
Third-party valuation work, run against your own cap table data.
Share-based payment expense reports prepared under IFRS 2.
A guided session walking your team through their own equity.
Recurring reports delivered to the people who need them, on a cadence you set.
See pricing built specifically for public-company equity programs — grants, exercises, trusts and compliance.
Annual plans are billed once a year and shown here at their monthly-equivalent rate. Monthly plans are billed every month, at roughly 20% more over a year — you can switch between the two at any time.
On Build and Growth, additional stakeholders are billed automatically at the rate shown on the plan — there's no hard cutoff. Free is capped at 10; going over means upgrading to Build.
Anyone with an entry on your cap table — shareholders, option holders, and anyone else holding a form of equity you're tracking.
Every AI-run action — reading a document, running an agentic workflow, a bulk operation — draws down your plan's credits. Free's 1,000 credits are a one-time allowance; Build and Growth renew every month. Running out doesn't stop the platform — it pauses the AI layer. On a paid plan you can top up on the spot (3,000 credits for $5, or 7,000 for $10) or wait for the next cycle. On Free, the way to get more is to move up a plan.
Only on annual billing. Monthly Growth doesn't include a 409A — it's available as an add-on valuation instead.
Yes, any time. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the billing period you're in.
Yes — valuations, IFRS reporting, scheme advisory, and the other add-ons below are quoted separately from your plan and available regardless of which tier you're on.
