The plan includes the pool size, signing authorities, eligibility, vesting schedules, and exercise period during employment and after termination
We ensure compliance with best practices while allowing flexibility for future adjustments

Share the finalized plan with your board on the EquityList platform, where resolutions, voting, and records are managed digitally with complete visibility into approvals
Once the board approves, shareholder consent can also be secured digitally on the platform.
